Ambir Technology Receives A+ Rating from the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Illinois

Ambir Technology is proud to announce it has received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Chicago and Illinois. This is the highest grade in a new ratings system that replaces the former “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” ratings system. The BBB determines the grade by looking at 17 weighted factors, chief among these is a company’s overall complaint history with the BBB. The new rating system will be used by BBB organizations across the USA and Canada.
Ambir Technology has been a BBB accredited company since 2004. This means that Ambir follows key principles set by the BBB that focus on establishing and maintaining trust in business. Ambir also participates in the BBBOnLine Program, a dispute resolution program for companies who do business on the Internet. Ambir will continue to work with the BBB to find new ways to improve the customer experience.
