Ambir Technology to exhibit at the HIMSS 2009 annual conference and exhibition April 5-8, booth # 663 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL and introduce new imaging software, AmbirScan MD.

Elmhurst, IL – March 31, 2009 – Ambir Technology, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of digital capture products will be exhibiting at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) 2009 Conference and Exhibition April 5-8 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.  Ambir staff members will be at booth # 663 demonstrating the company’s new innovative imaging software, AmbirScan MD.  One of AmbirScan MD’s most prominent features is its ability to scan two documents and turn them into one image.  Other noteworthy features include: an auto print setting that prints documents as soon as they are scanned, a default save setting that saves files to a preset location, and an auto scan setting that allows automatic document feeding (ADF).  In addition, Ambir Technology will demonstrate its line of document and ID card scanners as well as a new product for tracking sales of pseudoephedrine-based cold and allergy medicines.
