Presto! PageManager 9 Professional Document Management Software
Looking for a way to organize all those files stored on your hard drive? Look no further than Presto! PageManager 9 Professional. This application lets you manage documents and images with ease. Drag and drop any file into a folder or directly into an application. The application opens and displays your document or image and you are ready to work. Use the stack feature to group together related files, even if they are in different file formats.
Preview mode shows you at a glance the name, file type, and thumbnail image of the file so you can quickly find what you are looking for without having to open the document. For advanced searches, use the Find feature to locate files by title, author, keyword, or even specific content.
With PageManager 9 Professional you can not only view your documents and images, but create them as well. Scan media directly into PageManager 9 Professional and Adobe Acrobat or create a custom scan button to send images to other applications. You can also take existing files and convert them from their native format to PDFs. The Split/Merge feature lets you merge several PDFs into one or spilt multi-page documents. In addition, you can convert text in PDFs to rich text format (RTF). You can share your documents and images with other PageManger 9 Professional users with the Network Group function. As an added benefit, you can use PageManager 9 Professional to play certain audio and video files.
The new PageManager 9 Professional uses Intel Multi-threading Technology. Also, the PageManager structure and database has been redesigned to improve the stability and overall performance. Other performance enhancements include auto orientation, auto-crop and automatic deskew support and improved Optical Character recognition accuracy.
